Filomena Malvone, born in Brooklyn, New York, moved to Hanover, PA, with her family at a young age. She is co-owner of her family's, local restaurant, Jerry, and Sal’s  Pizza, which was started by her father, Jerry, 50 years ago. She has been involved with the restaurant for over 20 years. It was at the restaurant that she observed the struggle with the ability to problem solve in the younger generation. This observation inspired her to write her book, What Would You Do If…

This book can guide children to make positive decisions that help in the development of strong character, self-confidence, empathy, and so many more extraordinary qualities.

 

Our young children face many struggles, such as bullying, every day and do not know how to approach them or talk about them.
